How do the factory make Vietam concrete pots?
Vietnam concrete pots, light concrete planters making from sand, cement mix with fiber to make strong pots very fast and haven’t to burn. After mix they make the shape on the mold, waiting the shape dry on 12 – 24 hours, they put the pot out the mold and make smooth surface. With concrete pot, customer can find some new material, new design for your business.

But you can make concrete pot very fast, when you place an order you can receive the container around 1-1.5 months. Beside of this, some customer can design on concrete pot very easy, you can see a lot of range of design of concrete in the market at this time
Pot design
Customer can follow factory design or send private design to us. Customer will pay the cost for sample, we will send a bill first to check. After receive confirmation we will start to make the sample and this cost will be payback if customer go ahead an order.
Term of price
We follow FOB term, in prices list included packing cost, trucking, some local charge…

MOQ
In pot and planter industry, it’s really hard to have an exactly term for this, so we usually accept 20 feet container and 1 pallet for a design. In normal, we will have 10 pallets for 20’ container and 20 pallets for 40’ container.
Payment term
Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight: L/C opening charge will be at applicant side (Buyer).
Telex Transfer (T/T): 30% advance deposit and the remaining upon receiving copy of shipping documents by email or fax. Bank transfer charge will be at sender side (Buyer).
Delivery time
Delivery time: usually within 55 – 70 days upon receipt of 30% deposit or L/C information from our bank. Customer can inform us order or delivery plan as early as possible for more accurate shipping window.
Quality check
All concrete garden pot will have a quality control check after production by own QC, and we will advise details of any items that need to be re-produced.
Export packaging
Your product will be pack on wooden pallet. All wooden, willow, bamboo, seagrass and other natural products must be fumigated prior to leaving the FOB port. We can fumigate and provide a Government certificate that states the container number and our order number.
